Working Principle
Drive the rotation of the hand chain wheel by manually operating the chain. Specifically, when pulling the manual chain, the hand chain wheel rotates, which in turn drives the friction plate ratchet, brake seat, as well as the plate gear, short shaft, and spline hole gear on the long shaft to rotate together. The lifting sprocket installed on the spline hole gear rotates accordingly, pulling the lifting chain to achieve the goal of smoothly lifting heavy objects.
The structure of a circular chain hoist includes components such as a bracelet strip, bracelet wheel, ratchet wheel, toothed short shaft, spline hole gear, toothed long shaft, etc. The core lies in the design of the gear set, where the small gear rotates twice to drive the large gear to rotate once. Through the pulling of the chain, the torque is amplified twice through the long and short shafts of the gear, making it easy to lift several tons of heavy objects.
The characteristics of a circular chain hoist include simple use, easy portability, and suitability for short distance lifting of small equipment items. Its lifting capacity is generally around 10 tons, and the lifting height is usually 6 meters.
