Working principle of manual oil bucket truck: The working principle of manual oil bucket truck is mainly based on mechanical and hydraulic principles. Hand pushed oil drum trucks reduce the resistance of oil drum movement by the friction between the rollers and the ground, and users can transport oil drums by pushing the handle.

1. Specifically, the hand-operated oil drum truck utilizes the principle of roller sliding to achieve easy handling of oil drums through a simple mechanical structure. Its basic structure includes a frame, handle, rollers, lifting mechanism, and safety locking device. When operating, the user applies force through the handle, uses the lever effect to lift the oil drum to the appropriate height, and then moves the oil drum to the destination by rolling the roller.

2. In addition, manual oil drum trucks may also use hydraulic systems to lift oil drums. The hydraulic system generates lifting force through the expansion and contraction of hydraulic cylinders, lifting oil drums from the ground to the desired height. The working principle of hydraulic systems is based on Pascal's law, which states that a liquid will transmit the pressure it receives in any direction. The hydraulic system consists of components such as cylinder barrel and cylinder head, piston and piston rod, sealing device, buffering device, and exhaust device. By manually pressurizing the rod, hydraulic oil enters the cylinder, pushing the piston up, thereby achieving the lifting and lowering of the oil drum.
